And we are so pleased to have with us this evening Monif Clark of Monif C Designs and Doctor Pamela Proverbs of PRMR Inc. Showing them some people who have done it for well over a decade.

And now what we are doing is bringing them some inspiration. So we spent from October to January, teaching women women in business and women entrepreneurs about how they can upskill and improve their businesses in a variety of ways. We decided to culminate what we've been doing for the Sister Forward Academy with some inspiration.

So this year for Sister Put Your Best Foot Forward, instead of having a day long workshop as we usually would, or a more recent times, a half day workshop as we would have had online in the past few years. Most of them in the startup phase to equip them with the skills, financial, Marketing, information on legal setup and what have you that they need to be successful in business. The Sister Forward Academy was a series of five masterclasses aimed at women entrepreneurs. And as many of you would know, and for those who don't, in the past few months, we hosted our Sister Forward Academy, which is an offshoot of Sister Put Your Best Foot Forward, which is our professional development and business development program for women. You know we've had to be adaptable and adjust the changing circumstances in the last few years. We've taken a number of twists in the last few years. So Sister Put Your Best Foot Forward this year.
